What two or three traits stand out to you the most when selecting and working with an affiliate partner? For example, responsiveness, innovation, ethics, industry knowledge, ability to turn volume, etc.
As a market leader, it is extremely important to us that affiliates are able to communicate the brand position and enhance the customer journey. Ethics play a part in this but we’re also always open to innovative affiliates who are willing to test creative ideas.

Where do you go to continue growing your affiliate marketing knowledge base?
Communicating with other members of the industry is extremely important to me. I also regularly attend performance marketing events such as Affiliate Summit West in the states and Performance Marketing Insights in Europe.

How do you attract quality affiliates to your program?
Our position in the market naturally attracts some affiliates to work with us but as a team we’re also constantly researching and contacting prospective affiliates.
